Shipping and Returns


We will dispatch your order as soon as possible, normally within the next working day. All orders will be shipped from our wearhouse in Vear, Tønsberg.

The Customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges, unless other information is given.

Kindly note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability or events with higher traffic than usual. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.


For all domestically orders, PostNord will excecute the transit. Normally your order will arrive within 2-5 working days.


All international orders are shipped using DHL Express. Your order will be shipped from our wearhouse in Norway and arrive within 2-5 working days. DHL will send you a SMS/text message or email, to organize your delivery. You can chose between different options, like home delivery, pickup point or postponed delivery, to mention some.


We offer a 30-day exchange and return policy from the moment of purchase, on all online orders. Please contact for a return label. Note that exchanges and returns are only valid for unused products that are in perfect conditions with all labels attached. We recommend to use the original packaging when returning your order back to us.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs will be deducted from the returned order amount.

Returns from Norway: 49 NOK

Returns from Europe: 15 EUR

Returns from UK: 14 GBP

Rest of the World: 16 USD


If you receive your order and would like to exchange it for another colour or size, products can be exchanged within the first 30 days from the order was placed. Exchanges are subject to availability and stock levels, please allow at least 10 days in order for the exchange to be completed. We offer one free return shipment per order for exchanges. Additional exchange shipments are possible, but at your expense. 

If you don’t follow the guidelines for your region, extra costs may occur if the exchange does not comply with our guidelines. In such cases extra costs that might occur will be billed to the customer.

All goods returned for an exchange must be returned with original packaging intact, and in pristine condition with tags and labels (no marks, scuffs, stains, rips or tears).

Warranty Claim

The Customer is always responsible for inspecting the order upon arrival. If the merchandise has defects or items are missing you may according to the circumstances require a re-delivery, a refund or a cancellation. The defect must have existed when the products came into your possession. The Customer shall notify Montecristo in writing within 10 DAYS of the Customer’s receipt of the purchase of any claims resulting from delivery or any defect in the merchandise discovered by the Customer. The claim can be made to (Please include your order reference number in the e-mail subject line). All claims will be confirmed by e-mail.

We cannot accept claims or returns of items, which has been altered, laundered, or modified in any manner. Unless directed otherwise by a customer representative of Montecristo, all damaged or incorrect items will need to be sent back to us to receive credit in respect of a purchase.

The merchandise may not have the exact function, size, color, construction etc. as they appear on this website. We can not guarantee or warrant variances in color, shade, size, or construction of the merchandise.
